Where is your event?

Both our concours and gala dinner will be at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum (6825 Norwitch Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19153).
Is your event rain or shine?

Yes! Our event will be held rain or shine. Our event is half indoors and half outdoors as our concours cars and speaker panel are inside the museum, but the corral cars, and food trucks are outside in the back lot of the museum.
Will you have food at the event?

Yes, we will have various food truck options at our concours! Stay tuned for our 2024 Vendors! Our preview gala is a catered dinner with various food stations along with Vermeil Wine and other alcohol to enjoy.
Is there parking?

Yes, we have parking in the front of the Simeone Museum along with street parking! There is also a lot across the street if needed.
Is your event for kids?

Yes! We strive to make our concours one for anyone to enjoy! There will be kids youth judging, face painting, and balloon animals!
Where do I buy tickets?

All tickets can be purchased here. Please note that tickets for the Saturday gala close 2 weeks before the event, while you can purchase Sunday concours tickets at the door. Concours tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door.
How do I nominate my car for the concours? How will I know if it's approved?

Please nominate your car here. After you submit your vehicle, you should expect to hear back about 2-3 weeks whether your vehicle was approved. If you have any questions nominating your car or problems submitting it, please reach out to Bridget Gottlieb at bridgetgottlieb@coolcarsforkids.org. If your car has been approved, we will reach out to you with all logistics closer to the event!
I want to nominate/bring my car but it's not concours level. Can I still bring it?

Yes! Please sign up to have your car in the corral. All corral cars will be outside in the back lot of the Simeone Museum. The registration link for the corral can be found here.
I can't attend but I want to support CCfK. How can I help?

Where can I find a schedule for the event?

A tentative schedule for the event can be found here. Please note that it will likely be updated as we get closer to June.
I am traveling from out of town, are there any hotels you recommend?

We are recommending that attendees stay at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport Hotel as it is very close to the Simeone. If you mention that you're friends of the Simeone when booking, you'll get a discounted rate.
